May those of us who have lived as followers of Christ consider our lives before Christ, and since He came into our lives, and thus rejoice at all His goodness in our lives.

Rejoice the King has come! This message is based on the scripture of Romans 11:33-36

Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and^[i] knowledge of God!
    How unsearchable his judgments,
    and his paths beyond tracing out!
³⁴ ‘Who has known the mind of the Lord?
    Or who has been his counsellor?’^[j]
35 ‘Who has ever given to God,
    that God should repay them?’^[k]
36 For from him and through him and for him are all things.
    To him be the glory for ever! Amen.

The miracle of Christmas is that God is at work in our lives in ways that we do not understand. Therefore we rejoice knowing God sent Jesus for us. We rejoice because God is working in us and through us for our good and His glory.

Salvation works in the past, the present and the future:
- Past – the penalty of our sins has been dealt with
- Present – the power of sins is broken by the Holy Spirit
- Future – we shall be delivered from the very presence of sin

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
So, what about it? Are you ready to trade your sins for His salvation? Are you ready to believe that when God said that if you confess, He will forgive, that He meant it?

Luke 22:14-23 “When the hour came, He reclined at the table, and the apostles with Him. Then He said to them, “I have fervently desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.” Then He took a cup, and after giving thanks, He said, “Take this and share it among yourselves. For I tell you, from now on I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.” And He took bread, gave thanks, broke it, gave it to them, and said, “This is My body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same way He also took the cup after supper and said, “This cup is the new covenant established by My blood; it is shed for you. But look, the hand of the one betraying Me is at the table with Me!"
